Section 221

The Bank Recovery and Resolution (No. 2) Order 2014 · United Kingdom

An investment firm within the meaning given in section 258A of the Banking Act 2009 (“investment firm”) is to be treated as a financial institution for the purposes of section 228 (Consolidated Fund) and 229 (National Loans Fund) of that Act.
