Section 56(3)

In this article— “regulator” has the meaning given in section 3A(2) of FSMA ; “relevant person” has the meaning given in subsection (2) of section 137K of FSMA (rules about resolution packs: duty to consult); and “resolution pack” has the meaning given in subsection (3) of that section.
