The Bank Recovery and Resolution (No. 2) Order 2014 · United Kingdom

A “relevant person” is— an institution authorised by the PRA or FCA; or an undertaking set up in the United Kingdom which is a subsidiary of an institution authorised by the PRA or FCA ...; or the UK parent undertaking.
