Schedule 18, Part 1, paragraph 2(1)

The regulator must exercise its relevant functions so as to ensure compliance with the following provisions of PVR I— Article 3(1), first paragraph; Article 4(1), first and last paragraphs, and 4(3); Article 6(1), first paragraph.
