Schedule 1A, paragraph 4(3)

Article 2 is to be read as if— for paragraph 1 there were substituted— ‘vehicle’ means any motor vehicle; ‘waste’ means waste within the meaning of Article 3(1) of the Waste Framework Directive, as read with Articles 5 and 6 of that Directive; in paragraph 2, “within the meaning of Article 1(a) of Directive 75/442/EEC” were omitted; paragraphs 8, 9 and 11 were omitted.
