Schedule 1A, paragraph 4(5)

Article 6 is to be read as if— in paragraph 1, for “Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council” there were substituted “the Waste Framework Directive”; in paragraph 3, in the words before point (a), for “establishment or undertaking” there were substituted “ operator ”.
