Schedule 1A, paragraph 4(7)

In sub-paragraph (2)(b), “local authority” means— in England outside Greater London— a district council, a county council, or the Council of the Isles of Scilly; in Greater London— the council of a London borough, the Common Council of the City of London, the Sub-Treasurer of the Inner Temple, or the Under-Treasurer of the Middle Temple; in Wales— a county council, or a county borough council.
