Annex 2 is to be read as if— in point (b), in the definition of “CHP Eη”, the final sentence were omitted; in point (c)— in the first paragraph, for “Member States may” there were substituted “ It is permissible to ”; in the second paragraph, in the definition of “Eη”, the final sentence were omitted; in point (d)— “Member States may use” were omitted; after “one year” there were inserted “ may be used ”; in point (f), in the third paragraph, point 4 were omitted.
