Schedule 1A, paragraph 6(11)

Article 21 is to be read as if— in paragraph 1, for the words from “Member States” to “periodically reconsiders” there were substituted “ The competent authority must periodically reconsider ”; in paragraph 3— in the first subparagraph, in the words before point (a), for “decisions on BAT conclusions in accordance with Article 13(5)” there were substituted “ BAT conclusions ”; in the second subparagraph, “in accordance with Article 13(5)” were omitted.
