Schedule 1A, paragraph 6(13)

Article 23 is to be read as if— in paragraph 4— in the fourth subparagraph, point (c) were omitted; the fifth subparagraph were omitted; in paragraph 6, in the second subparagraph, for the words from “Directive 2003/4/EC ”to “environmental information” there were substituted “ the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 ”.
