Schedule 1A, paragraph 6(23)

Article 50(3) is to be read as if, in the second subparagraph, for the words from “Article 2(2)” to the end there were substituted “ regulation 2(1) of the Sulphur Content of Liquid Fuels (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 ”.
