Schedule 1A, paragraph 6(28)

Article 65(3) is to be read as if for “restrictions laid down in Article 4(1) and (2) of Directive 2003/4/EC” there were substituted “ exceptions in Part 3 of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 ”.
