Schedule 1A, paragraph 6(5)

Article 7 is to be read as if, in the words before point (a), the words from “Directive 2004/35/EC ” to “damage” there were substituted “the Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (England) Regulations 2015 and the Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (Wales) Regulations 2009 ”.
