Schedule 1A, paragraph 8(6)

Article 7 is to be read as if— in paragraph 5(c), for “Article 6(8)” there were substituted “ paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 25A to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”; in paragraph 7, in the first sentence, for “Article 8” there were substituted “ Article 8(2) and (3) ”.
