Schedule 1A, paragraph 9(5)

Article 5 is to be read as if— in paragraph 2(a)(iii) and (b), “at Community level” were omitted; in paragraph 3(g), for “Directive 2000/60/EC” there were substituted “ the EU-derived domestic legislation which transposed Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of England and Wales ”; in paragraph 5, “national or Community” were omitted.
