Schedule 22, paragraph 10(3)

A notice under sub-paragraph (2) takes effect on the date specified in it, but— a notice served for the purpose of paragraph 11 must not take effect until at least 6 months after it is served, and a notice served for the purpose of paragraph 12, or for any other purpose, must not take effect until at least 3 months after it is served.
