Schedule 23, Part 6, paragraph 22(3)

Where this sub-paragraph applies and A disposes of the aqueous non-Table 6 waste directly into a relevant river or the sea, A must— in respect of any aqueous non-Table 6 waste which A disposes of, ensure that the concentration of radioactivity does not exceed the value specified in column 2 of Table 7, and in respect of the total amount of aqueous non-Table 6 waste which A disposes of from the premises in a year, ensure that the quantity of radioactivity does not exceed the value specified in column 4 of Table 7.
