Schedule 23, Part 6, paragraph 5

Subject to sub-paragraph (2), paragraphs 3(1)(a) and 4(4) and (6) apply to— a substance or article described in an entry in column 1 of Table 4 which contains a quantity of radionuclides that does not exceed the value specified in column 2 of Table 4 in respect of that substance or article, or any substance or article which is not described in an entry in column 1 of Table 4.
