Schedule 24, paragraph 6(1)

When considering an application for an environmental permit, or for a variation of an environmental permit, in accordance with this Schedule, the regulator must take into account— the outcome of the cost-benefit analysis carried out in accordance with this Schedule, and the outcome of any comprehensive assessment carried out in accordance with regulation 4(2)(a) of the Energy Efficiency (Encouragement, Assessment and Information) Regulations 2014.
