Schedule 24, paragraph 6(6)

This Schedule does not apply to— installations that need to be located close to a geological storage site approved under Chapter 3 of Part 1 of the Energy Act 2008 and other EU-derived domestic legislation which transposed Directive 2009/31/EC on the geological storage of carbon dioxide in relation to England and Wales; any relevant installation within a nuclear site, within the meaning given in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 23, and which is dedicated to the production of nuclear power; mobile plant.
