Schedule 25, Part 1, paragraph 10(1)

For the purposes of this paragraph, “protected undertaking” means the undertakings referred to in paragraph 1(4) of Schedule 22 to the 1991 Act, as read with sub-paragraphs (4A) and (5) of that paragraph.
