The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 · United Kingdom
Without prejudice to its powers to grant an application subject to such conditions as it sees fit, the regulator may grant an application subject to such conditions relating to— the operation and maintenance of such structure or works as the regulator considers to be necessary— to manage impacts on land drainage, to manage flood risk, or to secure environmental protection; access by the regulator to any structure, works or watercourse, including access to any surrounding land where this is necessary to access the structure, works or watercourse.
