Schedule 25, Part 1, paragraph 8(5)

Where a notice is served under sub-paragraph (4), sub-paragraphs (2) and (3) apply as if the references in those sub-paragraphs to “A” are references to the person on whom a notice under sub-paragraph (4) is served.
