Schedule 25, Part 2, paragraph 5

The erection and use of ladders, scaffold towers and other similar apparatus used for access, maintenance or repair (“equipment”). For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are— the suitability of river conditions is reviewed by the operator each working day, the equipment is erected on each working day on which it is required, and the equipment is removed at the end of each working day and is stored outside the river and its banks.
