Schedule 25, Part 2, paragraph 6(2)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are— the crossing is entirely within the original profile of the existing structure, the regulator has not sent a notification to the landowner that the structure has been identified for removal or modification in order to achieve the environmental objectives in relation to a river basin district, equipment associated with the works is not stored on the bed or banks of the main river, and no works are carried out from the main river or from the banks of the main river.
