Schedule 25, Part 2, paragraph 9

The erection of fencing. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are— the fencing is not located on the bed or banks of the main river, and the fencing is constructed of— post and rail, post and wire mesh of at least 100 mm spacing, or post and wire strands.
