Schedule 25A, Part 1, paragraph 3(1)

The regulator must ensure that every application for the grant of an environmental permit— includes the information specified in Annex I to the MCPD; specifies which (if any) of paragraphs 7 to 11 of this Schedule is considered relevant to the application.
