The regulator must exercise its relevant functions so as to ensure compliance with the following provisions of the MCPD— Article 4; Article 5(1) and (2); Article 5(6); Article 6(1); Article 6(2); Article 6(7); Article 6(13); Article 7 (except Article 7(8)); Article 8(2) and (3); Article 9.
