Schedule 25C, Part 1, paragraph 1

This Schedule applies in relation to— England, and the sea adjacent to England out so far as the seaward boundary of the territorial sea. In this Schedule “the sea adjacent to England” has the meaning given for the purposes of regulation 1(3)(a).
