Schedule 25C, Part 1, paragraph 3(4)

A “CCR economic feasibility certification” is a statement that the operator has reasonable grounds to believe that it will be economically feasible for a relevant generator to— be connected to a qualifying complete CCS system during the lifetime of the relevant generator, and operate whilst connected to that system.
