Schedule 25C, Part 1, paragraph 4

For the purposes of this Schedule, a relevant generator meets the CCR conditions if— it is technically feasible to retrofit the generator with the plant and facilities necessary to capture the relevant amount of EG CO2, and sufficient space is set aside for the plant and facilities necessary to capture and compress the relevant amount of EG CO2.
