Schedule 29, Part 1, paragraph 13(3)

In section 56(1) , in paragraph (j) of the definition of “environmental licence” in the application of Part 1 of the 1995 Act in relation to an appropriate agency, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
