Schedule 29, Part 1, paragraph 14

In section 4B(8) of the Petroleum Act 1998 , in the definition of “environmental permit”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
