Schedule 29, Part 1, paragraph 16

The Energy Act 2004 is amended as follows. In section 10(2)(b) , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”. In section 37(7) , in the definition of “radioactive waste”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
