Schedule 29, Part 1, paragraph 17

In section 30A(7) of the Planning Act 2008 , in the definition of “radioactive waste”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
