In section 22(7)(a) of the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013 , for “the Environmental (Permitting) Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/675)” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
