Schedule 29, Part 1, paragraph 2

The Nuclear Installations Act 1965 is amended as follows. In section 3(14)(a) , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/675)” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”. In section 4 — in subsection (3)(d), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/675)” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”; in subsection (7)(a), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/675)” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
