Schedule 29, Part 1, paragraph 9

In section 221(1) of the 1991 Act , in the definition of “Environmental Permitting Regulations”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
