In regulation 2(1) of the Large Combustion Plants (Transitional National Plan) Regulations 2015 , in the definitions of “permit” and “permitting functions”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
