In article 16(7), (8) and (10)(b) of the National Grid (Hinkley Point C Connection Project) Order 2016 , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
