Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 118

The Hornsea Two Offshore Wind Farm Order 2016 is amended as follows. In article 3(1)(a), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In article 15(7) and (9)(b), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In paragraph 5(a) of Part 6 of Schedule 12, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
