The River Humber Gas Pipeline Replacement Order 2016 is amended as follows. In article 3(1)(a), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In article 18(7) and (8)(b), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In paragraph 1(4)(a) of Part 4 of Schedule 10, for “the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
