Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 120

The M4 Motorway (Junctions 3 to 12) (Smart Motorway) Development Consent Order 2016 is amended as follows. In article 16(6), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In article 17(7) and (8)(b), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
