Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 16

In regulation 5(1) of the Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005 , in the definition of “the Environmental Permitting Regulations”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
