In regulation 17(4) of the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Modification of Enactments) (Wales) Regulations 2006 — for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”; for “the 2007 Regulations”, in both places it occurs, substitute “ the 2016 Regulations ”.
