Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 25

In regulation 2(2) of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 , in the definition of “relevant authorisation”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010”, in both places it occurs, substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
