Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 27

In regulation 29(2) of the Cremation (England and Wales) Regulations 2008 , in the definitions of “incinerated” and “permit”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
