Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 29

In paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 4 to the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009 , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010”, in both places it occurs, substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
