In regulation 2 of the Urban Waste Water Treatment (England and Wales) Regulations 1994 , in the definition of “Environmental Permitting Regulations”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
