In paragraphs 23 and 36(a) of the Schedule to the Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) Regulations 2012 , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
